About ENGAF
The Enlisted National Guard Association of Florida (ENGAFL) is an organization of military personnel that fosters and supports the role of the National Guard in Florida. Founded in 1970, ENGAF provides a strong, united voice for enlisted personnel in state and national legislative affairs.

To promote the status, welfare and professionalism of the enlisted members of the Florida National Guard and promote adequate national security.

About NGOA-FL
The National Guard Officers Association of Florida (NGOA-FL) is the professional officer association supporting commissioned officers, warrant officers, and retired officers. Established in 1903, NGOA-FL is one of the oldest National Guard associations in the nation.
Mission
To strengthen the National Guard through improved personnel benefits, better equipment, modern facilities and increased relevance while providing legislative advocacy from field level to state and national platforms.

Company Grade Officers (CGO Caucus)
About the CGO Caucus
A special committee of NGA-FL focused specifically on the unique needs and development of company grade officers (typically Second Lieutenants through Captains).
Mission
Provide formal and informal officer development events focused on sharing best business practices (BBP) and leadership lessons learned (L3) aimed at strengthening Company Grade Officer knowledge, skills and abilities while enhancing officer esprit de corps.

All membership levels include both state and national association membership (NGAUS/EANGUS), legislative advocacy representation, professional development opportunities, and access to scholarships and benefits programs. Enlisted Personnel receive ENGAF membership with EANGUS benefits, while Officers get NGOA-FL membership with NGAUS benefits. Company Grade Officers receive free initial membership with specialized development programs, and Auxiliary Members (spouses and family members) support scholarship programs.
