2025 The Adjutant General’s Leadership Summit hosted by NGAFL
Join us for an exceptional weekend of leadership, professional development, and camaraderie at the prestigious PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Experience three days of dynamic programming featuring golf, innovative breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and culminating in an elegant Military Ball with live entertainment. This premier event brings together military leaders, families, and industry partners for an unforgettable summit that balances professional growth with meaningful connections.

Event Location & Dates
- THURSDAY: The summit launches Thursday evening with our Corporate Appreciation Reception, providing an exclusive opportunity to connect with industry partners and fellow leaders in an intimate setting that sets the tone for the weekend ahead.
- FRIDAY: Begin the day with our annual golf tournament at the prestigious PGA National on either the Fazion or Palmer course, or join our inaugural Pickleball Tournament for those seeking an alternative morning activity. The afternoon features targeted professional development breakouts covering PAO (Public Affairs Officer), Minority Affairs, and MSC (Military Support Committee) topics, followed by the formal conference ribbon cutting ceremony and welcome night reception in the exhibit hall.
- SATURDAY: Start with an energizing fun run followed by continental breakfast in the exhibit hall, then engage in TAG professional development sessions featuring distinguished speakers from FLNG and NGB. The day continues with our business session, coffee break, awards ceremony, spouse event, and lunch, before participating in speed mentoring with FLNG and NGB mentors. The evening culminates with our elegant Military Ball featuring live music by the 13th Army Band.

CGO CW1-3 Drive Shack Puttery Event
NGAFL is hosting an event for Company Grade Officers and Chief Warrant Officer 1-3 for 50 total people. You can bring your spouse or guest, but please no children. We will provide refreshment, soda, water, and golf. We encourage you to sign up soon as space is limited.
