Adult Programs

Adult Martial Arts
TSMA’s unique style of Taekwondo is a very effective martial art for standing combat. Known as the way of the hand and foot, TSMA’s complete Taekwondo system consists of solid striking principals and defensive strategies. In our Taekwondo classes, you will develop advanced levels of strength, speed, and overall fitness.

Mixed Martial Arts
Traditional Taekwondo began to be taught in the 1940’s and 1950’s. Like many martial art styles, Taekwondo was developed as a means to protect. TSMA prides itself on bringing Taekwondo back to its “roots” with effective techniques being the main focus of our training. In addition to the kicking techniques, TSMA also incorporates boxing and core defensive techniques.

Jiu-Jitsu
Beginners will learn the basic moves, positions, and the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, with step by step techniques that are essential to building a solid game in Jiu-Jitsu and covers Caio Terra’s white to blue curriculum. We encourage all students to review and drill these moves as often as they can. This is a Traditional Gi class and is 45 min long.

Fitness
We help you in accomplishing goals you never thought you could. Learn how to defend yourself and loved ones all while getting into great shape! With our Taekwondo classes, you will utilize your entire body! Our adult classes will keep you motivated, smiling and sweating! This is a great way to get in shape!
Kids Programs

Mixed Martial Arts
TSMA’s Taekwondo program is derived from traditional martial arts but focuses on effective techniques that can be used in real life situations. Students will learn how to use awareness to stay safe, while building confidence with realistic martial arts technique. Students will learn a custom blend of Taekwondo, Boxing, and Judo.

Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at TSMA is a fantastic way to learn vital problem-solving skills. Every time anyone trains they are faced with new problems and situations that must be solved. Jiu Jitsu training is a great way to sharpen young developing minds. Kids who practice jiu-jitsu are less likely to be bullied or to become bullies themselvesThis helps you raise a child with great personality.

Fitness
Our Martial Arts classes will improve your child’s coordination, focus, strength, flexibility and fitness level. Each cycle we will also focus on one of our core life skills such as; discipline, respect, integrity, and perseverance. Our coaches believe that creating young leaders is essential for the martial arts journey.

Fitnessthe coaching team
The Instruction Staff at TSMA is headed by 20-year martial arts veteran Coach Jackson. Internationally Certified, Coach Jackson leads a staff of highly trained black belts who complete weekly instruction training. Our instructors are CPR-certified, and are required to attend weekly training sessions. Coaches learn the most effective ways to communicate with students.
